Implementation Tests
To ensure that the sales tracking implementation works properly and continues to work correctly even after changes on your site, we will conduct test orders in your store every six months. If there are any anomalies within this six-month period, we will perform additional test orders.
At the beginning of our partnership, there may be several orders from us in individual cases.
This procedure is solely for quality assurance purposes and has the advantage for you that technical errors in the ordering process or in the coding can be regularly checked, identified and corrected.
Identify Our Test Orders
We run the test orders for each device (desktop, tablet, mobile) separately. To ensure that you can clearly assign these test orders and cancel them accordingly, we send you a notification after each order with additional information, such as the user’s IP address or your order number (if your store system displays it when you complete the order).
Another way to identify a test order from us is the uniquely identifiable and always the same address that we will use in the order process:
